My introduction to design didn't start with pixels or software. It started with watching my brother build an international convention centre for his architecture graduation project. I'd sit beside him as he moved from rough sketches to 3D models and then prepared for his jury. Something about the whole process stuck with me. I already liked computers, but seeing how intentionally he shaped every detail made me realise that design isn't just aesthetics. It's about how things work, how spaces feel, and how decisions shape human experience. That idea stayed with me.

I went on to study Computer Science and graduated in 2013. Toward the end of my bachelor's, I realised computer science wasn't entirely my thing. What excited me more was the intersection of design and code and Front End Engineering came naturally to me. I started learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and soon found myself designing and building websites. I kept learning, designing, breaking things, fixing them, reading blogs, and staying up way too late experimenting. No curriculum, no grades, just curiosity and the grit to chase great design.

Today, I'm a self-taught Product Designer with a strong focus on user research, product strategy, and visual design. I see design as a multidisciplinary craft where empathy meets logic, and creativity shakes hands with constraint. It's less about pushing pixels, more about solving problems and asking the right questions to find the hidden insights.

Outside of work, I read on a need basis, meditate inconsistently, admire good typography like it's fine art, and chase thoughts around the internet like a digital squirrel. I'm deeply curious about art, spirituality, stoicism, karma yoga, and what Iceland looks like in winter. My playlists swing between EDMs, DHH, Indian classical and 90s Bollywood songs. Some of my all-time favourite artists are Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Jagjit Singh, Bob Dylan, Eddie Vedder, Sigur Rós, Ólafur Arnalds, and Krishna Das.
